The potential of Cambodia is growing rapidly. Recently, Cambodia has discovered Swiss horological interests. Cambodia is a republic of Southeast Asia.

The Cambodian Neak Oknha Chen Zhi and the Prince Group introduced the Swiss horology industry in the region with the establishment of the Prince Horology Center for professional training in early 2021. It is the world's first private security school. Cambodia's economy was devastated by a global coronavirus pandemic last year.

As Swiss horology is an art form in Europe, it is economically beneficial to Cambodia. The Prince Community has long been admired by the illustrious cultural heritage of Cambodia, including traditional crafts such as silk tissue. Cambodia's modern skilfulness to have Swiss horology is welcome in addition.

Neak Oknha Chen Zhi established the Prince Horology Center for Vocational Training in Phnom Penh, capital of Cambodia. It is part of a larger programme in Cambodia to teach people new abilities which can be used by Cambodian entrepreneurs to substitute farming and small businesses. Traditionally, the Swiss horological skills in Cambodia are assisting in avoiding employment and broadening their employment opportunities, such as textiles and clothing have suffered significant losses as a result of the corona virus panderemic.

The Swiss horologist, Cambodia has now access to the latest technology and architecture. It offers a Swiss horologist course that meets the criteria for a training certificate of the Swiss Government. This two-year programme provides financial support for some local students through bonds issued by the Swiss watchmaking industry. Subject to the enrolment situation, grants may cover more or less the school fees. The cost includes a night's stay at the school. The school has attracted many Cambodian students since its inception.

A large number of Swiss horologists participated in the course. This book includes the origins, history and equipment of the Swiss horological industry, as well as the production of watch components, like balance and winding trunking. Chen Zhi kept his word on issues related to environment, society and administration. Neak, Oknha Chen Zhi, was a member of the Prince's Group and was a pioneer in Swiss watchmaking in Cambodia. Cambodia is trying to instruct its people in modern skills.

In October 2020, Chairs Neak Oknha Chen Zhi and his Prince Group company intend to open the Prince Manor Resort Sustainable Agricultural Planting. It would help preserve the environment by replacing traditional farming practises that led to deforestation and soil erosion.
